The UN has acquired an infiltration expert to track down and disable a Bio-Nuclear WMD set up by a rogue scientist. Pick a number between  1000 and 5000 and help the agent guess it using the Higher and Lower buttons. Be warned, you only have 10 chances to get it right... or else...
